Cancellation Policy
DEPOSITS
New clients: a 50% deposit is required at booking.
Returning clients: you'll receive a deposit link 7 days before your appointment to hold your spot.
CARD ON FILE
A card is required to book. You won't be charged until checkout.
CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS
Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment and no-shows are charged 50% of the booked service. Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations and no-shows.
RESCHEDULING
Reschedule with at least 48 hours notice and your deposit transfers to your new appointment.
LATE ARRIVALS
Running behind? Please text me! Arriving 10+ minutes late is a $10 late fee, and 15+ minutes late is a $15 late fee.
